Konsilium’s work with Black Betty began with an assessment of the jewellery designer’s financial status, including the implementation of new processes to enable increasingly data-driven decision-making. The collaboration between Konsilium and Black Betty has grown to include detailed financial analysis – in the form of KPI development, performance reporting, product performance optimisation, inventory analysis, discounting strategies and analytics and cash flow forecasting – as well as the development and implementation of custom shopify pages, app-enabled loyalty programmes and service booking capabilities.
